When Ernie, a quiet young man with a kind heart, crosses paths with Tommy, a grief-stricken father hunting for meaning through vengeance, their worlds collide in a storm of violence and revelation. Tommy thinks he’s tying off loose ends. Ernie just wants to say goodbye to his mother.
What starts as a hit turns into a slow, painful reckoning over dinner, in a kitchen where the sauce has simmered for six hours and loss hangs heavier than the garlic in the air. Shot with heart, grit, and dark humour, Last Supper asks: how far does pain travel, and who do we become when we finally face it?

Director Statement
My job as a director is to help people escape reality. Even if it is only for thirty minutes or an hour, I want audiences to step into another world and feel something real. Love my movies or hate them, as long as they create emotion and pull you away from the weight of everyday life for a little while, then I have done my job.
I am drawn to stories about flawed people, emotional conflict, and the gray areas between right and wrong. My films are grounded, raw, and human. I care more about honesty than perfection, and I believe independent film should take risks, challenge comfort, and give a voice to people who often feel unseen.
At the heart of everything I make is the belief that cinema can connect strangers through emotion. That connection is why I create.

Sonny Corona III
About the Director.
Sonny Corona III is an independent filmmaker, writer, and director based in Texas. He is the founder of Let’s Make A Bad Movie Productions, a grassroots film collective dedicated to bold, character-driven storytelling and creating opportunities for voices often overlooked in the industry.
Sonny’s work explores the gray areas of morality stories centered on broken people, love under pressure, and the consequences of desperate choices. His films blend grounded realism with sharp dialogue and emotional intimacy, often operating within crime and dramatic narratives rooted in human vulnerability.
In 2024, Sonny completed his first full-length feature, Beautifully Broken People, produced on a micro-budget and carried through distribution. He recently completed his latest feature, Last Supper. Which is entering the 2026 film festival circuit. The project reflects Sonny’s hands-on, resourceful approach to filmmaking and his belief that strong storytelling outweighs budget size.
Committed to learning by doing, Sonny frequently serves as writer, director, producer, editor, and music editor on his projects. His filmmaking philosophy is built on collaboration, discipline, and the idea that meaningful films are made through intention not excess.
Sonny continues to develop new film and television projects while building a sustainable creative career focused on storytelling, growth, and creative independence.
